Breda Whyte is an Irish Artist living in Wallasey. She has a degree in Fine Art and was a Fellow of the Wirral Met School of Art, and has exhibited in Blackburn House Liverpool, Williamson Art Gallery Birkenhead, Peacock Gallery Craigavon, Blue Green Gallery in Brittany, as well as Drogheda, Dublin, London, Valencia and Larnaca. Her public commissions include work for St Mary’s High School, Middleton, Cork, Central American Committee Ireland, MS Society Cork, Patch, Dublin.
She works in a variety of media, including batik and wax resist paintings, and mixed media. She also creates sculptures.
