Artist’s statement
Artwork title: Myanmar 1 – Bagan | Artwork media: multi media collage | Artwork dimensions: 560mm x 820mm
Lynda studied Textile Design at the Glasgow School of Art before working in design in Canada and subsequently teaching Art on the Wirral.
In her colourful multi media collages she uses fragments of photographs and layers of texture to build composite images of places she has visited both in the UK and abroad.
